During this difficult time of COVID-19, I am providing current and new clients with sessions in-person, phone, face-time, and video platform options. In-person session availability is evaluated on a daily basis.
First of all, I want to thank you for choosing to view my website. It is a courageous decision to decide to give counseling a try. Often, reaching out for help can be very difficult and overwhleming itself and then you have an even bigger task of deciding which therapist to go see. Reading through pages of website content and bullet points of issues therapists treat may still not tell you "Can this therapist help me?" It is also a difficult task as a therapist to create a website that can help potential clients know what you can do to help them.
Finding that therapist who"fits" for you is what is most important in determining how successful therapy services will be. Research has consistently found this to be true. Developing a supportive, respectful, trusting, and cooperative relationship is my focus and one of my strengths as a therapist.
